As an international school, we represent more than 40 countries from all around the world. We celebrate our diversity every year. This year, the International Day was held on February 24th. It was organized by Random Acts of Kindness Club, and it marked the beginning of RAK Week celebrated in the elementary school.
The day began with the whole-school parade. The children and staff were excited to present their countries' flags and colors. The celebration was followed by the potluck lunch in middle and high school - students shared some of the traditional dishes. KG2 and grade one homerooms had parents over to share food from different countries as well. It was a beautiful day; and we are looking forward for another one next school year.
